Fawlty Towers meets The Simpsons.

If you like the humour of Fawlty Towers, Open all Hours and The Simpsons, you will love The Piddletons.

Being showcased for the first time at Annecy 2011, The Piddletons follows the love hate relationship of Bert and Barb Piddleton.  Whilst Bert attempts to make his small traditional village store survive by any means possible, Barb works just next door in GigantaMART, the enormous supermarket run by Berts nemesis and rival “Watson”.

With his spies, devious tricks and wicked temperament Watson will do anything in his power to close down “Piddletons”, not only because he hates the “grotty little store” which just happens to sit between his own shiny supermarket and its car park, but he also hates Bert who, to his utter dismay, managed to win over the heart of his childhood sweet heart Barb – with his flash cars, swanky watches and huge ego, Watson is constantly trying to win back Barb and get rid of Bert and his shop.

The Piddletons is full of humour and fun, with a wide range of unique and individual characters who live in and around the small town of Pinklepott.  A British version of the Simpsons aimed at a primetime audience of all ages, with the traditional Humour that has made British shows like Fawlty towers, absolutely fabulous and the Office hugely successful world wide.
