Meet the Crew – Captain Straw

Voiced by the legendary Rolf Harris, Captain Straw is a strawberry and the Chief of the FES (Fruitville Emergency Service)

The not so reluctant leader is always keen to save the day even if he is not quite sure how to.  Certainly the brains of the operation, it is Captain Straw the  others look to when an emergency occurs. A pillar of the community with a friendly soft-side once you get past the bravado.

Captain Straw upholds the values of the rescue team and sees to it that his friends and colleagues do not let distractions get the better of them, he doesn’t always get things right, but he sure gives it a good go and inevitably situations seems to get resolved one way or another.
